Yeah, makes sense 👍 For newer setups I’m on OpenTofu too, using the native S3 state locking instead of DynamoDB. Keeps things simpler and avoids the deprecated approach. Thanks for pointing it out.
Great tips! :) Just a quick detail about state locking, for quite a while now both OpenTofu and Terraform (both since v1.10) support native S3 state locking so DynamoDB should be avoided (and it's technically deprecated already)! Everyone I know already switched to OpenTofu. Thanks for your post…
